rom in eastern Naples
During the month of May 2008, a  community of ROM people that were settled in the eastern suburb of the city of Naples, have been  literally "kicked away" from the camps there were living in. The reason why this happened does not really matter, what is incredibile is that the people that sent away the ROM were the citizens of eastern Naples, not the state. These people have been abandoned and isolated and this has created the base for a war among the "poorest". Another kick to civilization.
