Un nuovo albergo per almeno 276 stanze svetta colorato su via Ferraris, la zona, vicino alla stazione centrale e prossima all'aeroporto ed agli imbarchi per le isole sta diventando di conquista per le attività ricettive. Nel degrado della periferia urbana il Tiberio Palace è un'astratto fortino, una microcittà autoconclusa - si racconta di una grande palestra ed una spa che completano la dotazione di questo nuovo mamut.
